How much does a pool fence inspection cost in Brisbane?

The inspection is a fixed fee, quoted within one business day of you telling us the address and type of property. There are no hourly rates and no surprises — you know the price before anything is booked.

Do I need a pool safety certificate to sell or lease?

In Queensland a Form 23 pool safety certificate is required to sell or lease a property with a pool, and it can only be issued by a licensed pool safety inspector. Our service is an independent inspection and compliance assessment that tells you precisely what needs to change so the barrier will pass — a sound first step before certification.

What standard are pool barriers assessed against?

Pool barriers in Queensland are assessed against AS 1926.1 and the Queensland Development Code pool safety provisions. Common issues are the non-climbable zone (900mm inside, 300mm outside), the 1200mm effective height, 100mm maximum gaps, and self-closing, self-latching gates.
